Automation becomes more and more common our days. This is not a complexity to search out the corporation that provides the solutions for this issue. At the first view those programs have got a lot of benefits. They are often being offered in the attractive shiny packages. To oppose this influx of fashion, I came up with five good reasons for human resource managers to say “no” to trendy employee management software instruments.
Reason 1: It demands some funds. That is impossible to find the free employee management software. In addition to setting up fee, you have to pay for maintenance, updates and support. A lot of people use such software regardless of how much does it cost. Do not pay for any software if you know that its benefits are not worthy of it.
Reason 2: It is not so simply to use these programs, you would have to learn it. You should be an expert to use the human resource software. Do you have a computer geek along your stuff? You will have to hire him if you decided to study how to utilize such program properly.
Reason 3: You should teach the personnel to use it appropriately. There is no bigger negative motive for people than studying the program which will control them. Some people just can't learn to utilize the calculator, what can they do with such soft? They do not want to study because this time is not paid.
Reason 4: You don't see the people you are working with if you use employee scheduler software. When you do your human resource operations in person, you reach more with the help of your charismatic personality. Automation leads to de-humanization of business. People have the feeling that they are only small parts of the structure. It may be cool for a traditional plant, but does not work for a today's competitive company that needs every bit of creativity it is able to press out of its employees.
Reason 5: You can't be unique utilizing it. That kind of soft is commonly being produced in thousands copies. But if you wanted to purchase the unique program it would cost you much money. Even the best software will not let you attract, keep and manage the best minds. Make the sudden actions if you want to win. Having human resource program is being like everyone else.
Even such primitive tools as a shit of paper and a pen can substitute a lot of expensive software programs. If you want to invest, invest into stuff, not into programs.
