Collaboration

There are 3 types of human interactions: conversational, transactional and collaborative.

Understanding what is different between them is necessary to ensure that an appropriate software application is used to meet your needs.

Conversational interaction is a transfer of information and transactional interaction is transfer of a transaction entity between 2 or more people involeved, whereas collaborative interaction is meant for a change of a substance of collaboration, for instance: achievement of a common objective.

Interactions of collaboration are structured in such a way that the primary goal of the participants is to introduce changes into the collaboration substance from what has been unfixed and immaterial, for example, an idea, into a useful solution, for instance a blueprint.

There are a plenty of ways in which this software can be very useful: managing activities, papers and projects, optimizing business processes and coordinating work of several business units or even firms.

Collaboration

When people deal with each other, they use three key approaches: conversations, transactions, and collaborations.

If you want to make the correct choice about your software solution, you have to get to know the differences that exist between these interactions.

An interaction of conversation is about understanding new information or building relationships. An example of a transactional interaction is when you get into the supermarket and get some goods for your cash.

Collaborative interactions are structured in such a way that the primary objective of the participants is to introduce changes into the collaboration substance from what has been unstable and immaterial, for instance, an idea, into a useful solution, for example a blueprint.

Collaboration Software

Collaboration Software is one of groupware types that facilitate seamless work processes between your team members, department people, project team members, panels, etc.

The strong point of these applications is in the ability to allow project activists to see action plans, share documents, be updated on projects, supervise schedules, facilitate business processes, be duely reminded of any tasks and things they are involved in. You may come across a lot of approaches to making these applications useful: managing activities, papers and projects, automating business processes and harmonizing work of two or more departments or even offices.
