When people deal with each other, they use three key approaches: conversations, transactions, and collaborations.

If you want to make the correct choice about your software solution, you have to get to know the differences that exist between these interactions.

An interaction of conversation is about understanding new information or building relationships. An example of a transactional interaction is when you get into the supermarket and get some goods for your cash.

Collaborative interactions are structured in such a way that the primary objective of the participants is to introduce changes into the collaboration substance from what has been unstable and immaterial, for instance, an idea, into a useful solution, for example a blueprint.

You may come across a lot of approaches to making these applications useful: managing activities, papers and projects, automating business processes and harmonizing work of two or more departments or even offices.
